Moments

Key moments in Kelvin & Lina's wedding...

She was definitely very stressed given the task to manage and supervise the timings of the ongoing wedding proceedings. She probably knew I was stealing a shot as she glanced at her time sheet.

When the groom led his 10 'best men' with the opening dance...you could never imagine how embarassed they looked... : >
During the morning tea ceremony, the groom's mum presented the bride with her gift. As she attempted several times to put the jewellery around the bride's wrist in vain, the groom stretched his arms and helped the proceedings...

The solemnizaton reached it's climax as the solemniser delivers the marriage vows. Right at the moment the bride made her delaration, she bottled up all her emotions and prepares to say "I DO..."

Everything happen so fast in a wedding ceremony and especially during the grand match in. I knew I got only 1 chance...saw several bubbles flew by...I took a deep breath and fire off...I love the way the bride and groom were framed within a passing bubble...

Off she goes, setting off to change into her 2nd outfit. A friend recently told me she attended a wedding where the bride changed a total of 7 outfits!!!

The 'Yum Same' time is always one of most nosiest moment in the wedding ceremony. But on this moment...a 'quiet' showdown between a female quest and the groom...

While all the brothers of the groom watched in silent anticipation...

Little Marcus has brought much joy and delight to their lives...
Another lovely day out as a family...

Super Duper Shoot!

After my wedding shoot on Sat 23rd Jan, the following day I had the opportunity to work and shot the marketing and promo kit for Natasha Campbell. The model was excellent and made my work pretty simple. Once again special thanks to Rachel P for the awesome makeup and styling.

72 Hours

The last 72 hours was another long distance marathon. Spent fruitfully editing and preparing the images for Kelvin and Lina. They are such good people and a truely outstanding couple. I really enjoyed myself shooting their wedding last Saturday.

Not that I am trying to be superman, but I vowed to make an effort in 2010 to be super efficient to complete all clients images within a week...knowing myself if I take my own sweet time to complete...my laziness will definitely set in.

Amazingly, during Kelvin and Lina's wedding @ Sheraton Towers, an old primary school mate approached and stood in front of me when I am shooting! I was so estatic, Serene actually recognised me...after 26 years!!! My face never change meh...

Oh 72 hours is the name of this thread. Because, I went on a resilient round the clock editing & post processing. A little nap to recharge and solid meals in between of course. I got to be productive this period, as I will be having 4 shoots in the next 10 days to keep me on the go. So to avoid any bad log, I had to stay very focused...

Ha ah...9 of my favourites from Sat. Now 9 is my lucky number...

Exciting And Exhausting?

Shooting 2 actual day weddings on the 23th and 28th of this month. And shall  be my first 2 weddings of 2010. Really looking forward to it and can't wait  to shoot some great stuff .

Today, the contractor came and I picked the color for my new office wall. I choose FASCINATION PINK. That's the name of the color....! Can't wait for them to start work asap.

I am heading to Rome, Italy this March 21st to 28th. Will be shooting for a client's bridal catalog for their upcoming advertisement in wedding magazines. The thought of bringing 2 big bag of gowns to oversea locational shoots sends tremors to my system! We did it in Shanghai & Paris last year when I was coortdinating. Extremely not looking forward to this part of the trip. ha ha

A video to get all warmed up for our Rome trip. Some of the 'must visit' places in Rome where we will be excuting our shoot. The eternal city, rich in culture and breathtaking sites. Come have your Pre-Wedding or Honeymoon pictures captured in this awesome city.

Couples interested to engage our services around  this period from the 3rd to 4th WEEK of March for your Pre-Wedding shoot, please contact us at Colin@Timeless-Romance.com to enjoy great discounts...
